Box Office Policy: ALL patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Recently we switched to reserved seating. Also, depending on the show, some general admission tickets may be offered. Every effort will be made to open the house 30 minutes prior to the performance start time. Concessions, t-shirts and stargrams will be sold in the lobby before the performance and during the intermission. Unless otherwise stated, all performances will have a short intermission. No refunds. Exchanges may be permitted, at the discretion of the Box Office Manager, with 48 hours advanced notice.
If you are not able to use tickets you have purchased, please let us know. Per our policies, we will not be able to offer a refund for tickets (for any reason). However, by letting us know, we are able to let additional patrons into the theatre, allowing more people to see the show.
