Tuition Information
Not Just Dance offers musical theatre classes, theatre classes, dance classes, private coaching and workshops. The tuition rates and policies are slightly different depending on the type of class. The following section explains the tuition policies as it relates to each of these programs.
Musical Theatre/Theatre/Dance
Tuition is based on the number of enrolled hours, per family, per week. By using the charge provided to the left, any enrolled family can see the yearly charges based on that enrollment. For your convenience, the yearly fee can be paid in monthly installments beginning on Aug. 1st. These installments are monthly charges and are not related to the number of classes in each month. We do not prorate tuition for any reason. Holidays and closures are already calculated into your monthly payments. NO REFUNDS or deductions are given if a student misses class for any reason. Most classes are yearlong classes. However, some are partial year. The chart on the left shows the first/last month tuition is applied based on the type of class.
Workshops
Workshop fees are charged at the time of registration and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Camps
- See details provided for payment amounts and schedules
- Usually, a non-refundable deposit is due when registering
Private Coaching
Tuition for recurring private coaching is based on 2 hours (broken up in either one hour or 1/2 hour increments) of private coaching (voice, monologue, etc.). The current rate is available on the private coaching page. When registering for recurring lessons, the initial non-refundable paymetn will be assessed immediately. Once the initial 2 hours is completed, the next payment will automatically be charged. This will continue until notification, in writing, of withdrawing from private lessons.
For one-on-one private coaching that is not recurring, students can choose a 2-hour, 1 hour or 1/2 hour block. The rates are available on the private coaching website. Most students preparing for an audition choose to do either a 1- or 2-hour block broken up into equal increments of voice and private monologue coaching.
Late Fees
All tuition and performance fees are due on the first day of the month according to the payment schedule. If payment is not received by the 4th of the month in which is it due, regardless of the day of the week the 4th falls on, a 10% late fee will be added to the account. all accounts must have a zero balance on the 4th to avoid a late fee.
Delinquent Accounts
We reserve the right to drop a student from their classes if there account is more than 30 days past due. Students will not be able to attend class or participate in the performance if their account is not paid in full. Past due accounts will be turned over to our attorney for collections.
